REFUND POLICY

If 30 days have gone by since your service purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, the services performed by our company must be deemed unsatisfactory in which case we were not able to completely fix or troubleshoot the computer issues which you were having.

If we were able to only resolve partial of the problem then you will receive a partial refund.

In the event that you wish to cancel your plan with us, we must deduct one time partial fee from your subscription plan fee for the initial time spent and services performed by our technicians. We will refund the balance to you.

Once your refund inquiry is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
